About Me

My photo
Mr. Clark Clyburn
My name is Clark Clyburn. I am an aspiring playwright, screenwriter, producer, actor, and a playwright director from Paterson, New Jersey. I graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Paterson, New Jersey in 1989. In 1991, I graduated from Computer School and obtained my Certificate in Computer Technology. Afterwards, I attended college and received credits in Computer Information Systems. Although I work in the banking industry as a Computer Operations Shift Supervisor, my next endeavor is to become a professional playwright. In the 1990's, I started writing poetry. Some of my noted poetry are the following: "I Pray," "World Love," "What's The Difference Between A Racist and a Terrorist?" and many more. In 2007, I started writing, producing, directing, and performing stage plays. The following are some of my local hit plays: "A Woman's Temple," "Trouble In Johnny's House," and "Black-On-Black Crime." My dream is to turn my biggest off off Broadway hit play titled, "Down By The Hudson: A Love Story For The Soul," into a movie for the small screen. As a writer, I want to reach all Cultures and Races by writing plays, stories, essays, and poetry on all aspects of life.
