My Thoughts of You

 When I think of you, I'm in neverland

The love I have for you in my heart, beats louder than any school band

Whenever I think about the goodness of your love, my body shivers

When I think of you, my smile is longer than the Passaic River

Whenever you come to mind

I realize a love like yours is very hard to find

But, every now and then, I say to myself, 'is this love real?'

'is it really love that I feel?'

'or, is it the flesh I so desperately yearn for and enjoy?'

As I think about our relationship, I realize I do enjoy everything about you

I enjoy seeing your smile, as I enter into your presence

I enjoy the smoothness of your heavenly touch

I enjoy staring into your eyes, but I can only stare for a moment

For you beauty is just too much!

I enjoy the music we listen to from back in the day

I keep saying to myself, 'where has she been all my life?'

I don't know where you were then, but I'm glad you came my way!

When I think of you, I wonder how long will see each other

When I think of you, I can't imagine you belonging to another

When I think of you, I'm glad I didn't meet a female

Instead, I'm glad I met a real woman!
